This is an extremely well written book that once I started reading it I could not put it down! It is clear that the author is sharing his own experiences with a goal of helping others to achieve a better balance in life. The simple but powerful tips for a healthy life contained within this book are nectar for better living. I highly recommend this book to all who want to make important transformations in their life.

Ok, I have tried everything to lose a few pounds since August for the New Year and although I have lost 3-4 pounds it is not enough and therefore, hard to stick to a plan/exercise routine that does not give good results. But! I have since tried "Get Real, Lose Weight" I have lost 10 pounds in one month -- and I am NOT hungry. This program is just common sense and something I can live with everyday. Finally...I will be able to get into that little black dress I bought TWO YEARS AGO! 😃
